Welcome to Season 2: We are very excited to be starting off 2020 talking about “The Pretty (damn) Good House” I firmly believe we should be building the most energy efficient buildings possible. We should be improving our buildings until it becomes economically unfeasible to do more. We need to renovate what we have, improve density levels, and only build the very best in efficient buildings to make up for what we don’t have.
