Emily is often asked “How do you convince your clients to build better homes?” Her response “I don’t.” Most of our clients come to us because they already want to build a more efficient, low-chemical, or carbon sensitive home. We give homework (not joking) and we find that most of our clients like that or are already well versed in what they want, but not how to acheive it.
