Season 2: Episode 28: Diversity In The Workplace

E3 - Energy and Efficiency with Emily is building science, architecture, and female entrepreneurship. Welcome to Season 2: Many of you may know Kate, or heard of her through her business HELM or her time at Yestermorrow. I felt it was time to highlight some of the amazing work she is doing, both as a female in the construction industry, but also with her business setting up systems and practices to help contractors, architects and designers to improve diversity in their workplace and educate to let people know that it’s a field you should consider. So I want to say a big thank you to Kate, it was so great hearing more about what you’re doing to push the bar up in the construction industry and support growing businesses achieve their goals. Enjoy ~ Emily
